- Choose the placement of doors and windows to your liking: two windows and one double patio door are included in the price
A 25% deposit is required upon ordering, another 25% on the first day of installation, a further 25% midway through the build, and the remaining 25% upon completion.

The Elite Garden Room comes with free delivery and installation in the West Midlands; however, additional charges will be incurred for locations outside this area. The delivery period is around 5-6 weeks following the order date, and the construction on-site takes about 10-20 working days, depending on the size.
